D'ombres et de lumières - Mélanie Charmillot

"Just as I thought it was the end, I realized, in fact, everything had just begun ..." Thought from January 29, 2005 Melanie L. Charmillot.

Commencing with the desire to become a singer, Melanie Charmillot was soon overwhelmed by her passion for reading and her dream of one day writing her own book. She pursued her literary desires by starting an apprenticeship in literary documentation but three months before the end of her apprenticeship she was struck by a virus that left her in a wheelchair.

Her formindable spirit has helped her to overcome the anger and despair, and also the physical contraints, that limit her daily life.
By the sheer force of her shoulders, she is able to transcribe his thoughts, using a brush (set in her cuff) on the white paper, to share her view on this new life.

On the eve of her 20th birthday (March 2005), she presents this piece of his dream: the work herein.
